While I love the textures and colors, this website has some of the most confusing navigation I've seen.
Apart from the difficulty of using the sideways main navigation, some pages (such as this one: http://rayformdesign.com/v4/web/) also have some really non-descriptive navigation like the two sets of colored squares.
